Pour Decisions STL

Pour Decisions STL began as a mobile bar that offers elevated alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails throughout the St. Louis region. Founded in 2020 by Javia Gilliam-Sanford and Kaje Sanford during the pandemic, Pour Decisions aims to educate people about various libations, fostering a better relationship with alcohol.

 

Their curated educational experiences share meticulously crafted drink recipes, favorite alcohols from traveling, and histories behind them with the community.

The Passport Cocktail Bar and Bottle Shop

 

Opened in September 2024 by the Founders of Pour Decisions STL, The Passport Cocktail Bar and Bottle Shop is located on Washington Ave. and offers an elevated cocktail experience inspired by global travel and cultural exploration.

 

Every event and cocktail menu is thoughtfully curated to celebrate international flavors, creating a unique destination for St. Louis locals and visitors.

 

Led by Sommelier Javia Gilliam-Sanford and Mixologist Kaje Sanford, The Passport stands out as the only wine bar in St. Louis owned by a Black Sommelier, setting a new standard for diversity and sophistication in the city’s cocktail scene.
